At Trax, we believe recruitment works best when it is straightforward, professional and personal.
Our experienced team takes the time to understand our clients, their projects and the people they need, allowing us to respond quickly with the right labour and skills.
We work openly and honestly, communicating clearly
and doing what we say we will do.
Experience, integrity and a genuinely approachable way
of working underpin everything we do.

Compliance is embedded throughout our recruitment and supply process, protecting our clients, workers and supply chain.
Right to Work and identity verification are completed using Home Office compliant processes and certified Identity Service Providers (IDSPs), alongside appropriate checks covering IR35, HMRC requirements and Joint and Several Liability (JSL).
Within rail, our processes also support industry requirements including Sentinel, RISQS and CIRAS reporting.
We continually review our procedures against regulatory and industry requirements, providing clients with a transparent, auditable and responsibly managed labour supply chain.
